Weight: Nor thin nor fat
Medical Info: Apparently suffering from Lyme Disease. He may not have pain receptors.
Eyes: They exist
Hair: It also exists.
Physical traits: I'm not entirely sure that Cecil is completely human.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: E V E R Y T H I N G though he may react in interesting ways.
Abilities: Somehow he can broadcast events he is not physically present for as if he is really there. He also is able to deal with the most ridiculous or horrific with just a shrug.
Apparently he sees things in mirrors that tries to eat him? Whatever that means. He always keeps mirrors covered up though.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive:
Cecil has been "re-educated" by the Night Vale City Council which is about as terrible as it sounds, but Cecil doesn't think of it as particularly noteworthy. It's Night Vale, that happens!
Cecil also has some memory gaps, though he doesn't know what they are or even that they exist. Thus far we've been told that he has forgotten about something that apparently ate him or something at fifteen and that he has a brother.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: YES.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: YES
Maim/Murder/Death: Yes, though Cecil has not earned the right to die yet and so would just find it rather peculiar.
Cooking: don't eat it.
Other: Cecil's taken from before Episode 32 "Yellow Helicopters" because of Weird Canon Events, and won't be updated until the arc's over, because he's very different at the moment.
